Activation chemicals are surface preparation products used in zinc phosphate coating processes and in rinsing baths before zinc phosphate. Before zinc phosphate coating, it activates the metal surface and provides a uniform, dense and stable coating. In zinc phosphate coatings made without the use of activation chemicals, phosphate crystals of different sizes are obtained, which are irregularly distributed on the metal surface. This will adversely affect the adhesion performance and corrosion performance of the paint.
